What do these quotes have in common?
Replace 'vibe' with 'energy' and you'll get the idea. We as beings are the embodiment of energy. Our bodies create electricity to function! Therefore, your vibration is your energetic currency. Just like money, there are energetic transactions that take place, from the people we encounter (physically or mentally) to the thoughts we manifest. Are these transactions an investment towards your overall well-being or are they putting you in energetic debt?
Below are some tips from my personal journey on how to raise your vibration:
Encourage a grateful mindset
✷ Moderate your thoughts. Before words are uttered, action is granted with our thoughts. There's a study...
✷ Write it down! Add journaling to your mental health and wellness regimen. There is a difference between writing by hand and electronic writing, but both methods are just fine.
✷ Words of affirmation (WOA). Speak them to yourself. Write them on the mirrors and boards around your house. Spell work essentially is a combination between your words and the intention behind it.
✷ Be kind
✷ Let go. Release. Forgive. Unwind. Forget
Expand your mind & soul
✷ Read a book. To includes favorites and genres you have yet to explore
✷ Surround yourself with positive people. Whether you know it or not, we can tune in to others energy fields (empaths know this very well!). Being around positive minded people will only further encourage you in your personal development, thus equipping you to be a light beam to someone else.
✷ Listen to music you enjoy. Played at various frequencies, music has a direct effect on your mood. Studies on our brains and even plants reveal how cells respond to different frequencies.
✷ Creativity. What do you enjoy doing for fun? Think of what you enjoyed doing as a child. From your childhood memories you have core creative outlets that are entwined with your personality. Build on that as you evolve and grow
Explore body consciousness
✷ Breathe properly. Through breathing meditation or conscious breath work, raised oxygen in the bloodstream will enhance organ functionality, reduce stress, and thus stimulate healing.
✷ Pump your blood. Move the lymph. You don't need to sweat to get your blood circulating! Get your heart rate up by incorporating movement into your every day activities. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk briskly. Play with our beloved children or pets a little bit longer. Wake up early for a morning yoga session or run.
✷ Nourish the vessel. Eat whole foods. Although most of the food we eat is hybrid, there's a rainbow of foods to choose from.
✷ Stay hydrated. Water=LIFE.
✷ Engage in healthy sex. Sexuality is apart of our divine nature, with yourself or with a trusted partner or a few
Change your environment
✷ Spend time in nature. Bask in those negative ions!
✷ Bring nature indoors.
✷ Rearrange and declutter. A clean home results in a calm mind.
Rise on. Shine bright..
